Not cool

I tried this game and I didnt understand how it works. Each time I moved the two dots the line broke it and the game ends. So I dont understand the rules and I really need a tutorial to play. Please let me know if u have one or some tips for me. Because it seems to be really easy but actually its not. Its the worth game I ever played.
